Perm | Property Management General Manager | Mixed Development | Up to $15000 #NKA

Location: Orchard

Salary: Up to $15000 + VB (1-3 months)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement property management strategies, operational plans, policies and service standards.
• Lead and oversee daily property management operations across the portfolio, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Oversee building maintenance, preventive maintenance programmes, repairs, renovations and improvement projects.
• Prepare and review annual budgets, maintenance charges, sinking funds, financial forecasts and management reports.
• Monitor operational expenses and implement cost-effective measures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant property laws, regulations, safety standards and the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA).
• Liaise with government authorities, statutory boards, consultants and other stakeholders on property management matters.
• Oversee statutory inspections, licensing, insurance, risk management and dispute resolution.
• Manage procurement, vendor selection, contract negotiations and service provider performance.
• Lead, mentor and develop property management teams, including performance evaluations and training.
• Handle correspondence, statutory notifications and enquiries on behalf of the Management Corporation.
• Drive process improvements and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Master's Degree or relevant professional certifications (registered property manager/certified facility manager) would be an advantage.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in property/facilities management or real estate operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Experience managing large residential, commercial, industrial or mixed-use property portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, operations and stakeholder engagement.
