Audit, Security and Compliance, this includes system/application audit or supporting the Cluster audit, e.g. Lab audit
Batch Job Monitoring, Error work queues, etc.
Business Continuity Support
Co-Existence Testing
Half-Yearly Disaster Recovery Exercise
System, Infra and/or Application maintenance verifications
Epic Upgrade (New release/features): He would be required to work with Lab users to understand their need and enable the new features accordingly.
Operation Service Requests: He would be required to work with Lab users to understand their need and implement the service request.
Production Support: resolve incident tickets
End-to-end project management, including planning, coordination, execution, and project documentation in compliance with the Project Management Methodology (PMM).
Requirements gathering and analysis, including effort estimation and costing assessment.
System configuration, build activities, and application testing to ensure requirements are met.
Support for testing activities, including coordination and facilitation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Deployment planning and preparation, including readiness assessments and implementation activities.
Post-deployment support, including issue resolution and monitoring
