Learning Manager (Thai Nationality)

You will be responsible for the efficient management of the hotel's Leaning & Development functions, in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies, brand standards, and organizational subjective, whilst supporting colleagues, guest and owner expectations.

The Learning Manager is responsible for the smooth and effective operation of Learning & Development within the Human Resources Division, diving a strong learning culture through the planning, implementation and evaluation of the training and department initiatives that enhance colleagues' capabilities, performance, engagement and career growth.
