Job Duties and Responsibilities

ManTech International is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Financials Business Analyst to lead the day to day operations, maintenance, and enhancement of the PeopleSoft Financials General Ledger, Asset Management and Accounts Receivable modules. The analyst will serve as the liaison between the Finance Business teams and the PeopleSoft Application Development team. The analyst will be responsible for planning projects, defining requirements, system design, test execution, defect tracking and reporting.


Job Functions:

  • Serve as the Lead Business Analyst responsible for the day to day functioning of the PeopleSoft General Ledger, Asset Management and Accounts Receivables modules
  • Responsible for the execution/management/tie-out of all integrations to/from PeopleSoft General Ledger
  • Communicate to internal customers on the status of daily, weekly, monthly integrations
  • Implement creative solutions to leverage delivered PeopleSoft functionality with minimal customizations
  • Create, design, and format functional specification documentation including Visio diagrams, process flows, and other information or processes needed to describe required system changes for development and other internal customers
  • Analyze and implement PeopleSoft Updates (PUMs) as required
  • Execute functional testing in support of PeopleTools upgrades
  • Provide training and online documentation as required
  • Work with the PeopleSoft Development Team to resolve any production errors/issues
  • Create PeopleSoft WorkCenters, dashboards, queries, and reports to support end users
  • Lead special projects to deliver new functionality within PeopleSoft GL, AM, and AR(e.g. Mobile, Analytics, etc.)

Qualifications:
  • Strong functional knowledge in PeopleSoft 9.2 General Ledger, Asset Management, and Accounts Receivable modules
  • 7+ years of proven, hands on PeopleSoft General Ledger, Asset Management, and Accounts Receivable experience,preferably with PeopleSoft 9.2 release
  • Proven, hands on experience configuring and troubleshooting the PeopleSoft General Ledger, Asset Management, and Accounts Receivable Modules
  • 5+ years of nVision reporting experience
  • Experience with the analysis and implementation of PeopleSoft Updates (PUM’s) and Upgrades
  • Deep understanding of both external and internal integrations to/from the PeopleSoft General Ledger, including payroll integrations from external systems such as Workday.
  • Ability to recognize problems and communicate them effectively to management and system support staff to resolve issues
  • Experience in full cycle PeopleSoft Financials Implementations and Upgrades
  • Experience gathering
    requirements and converting into business requirements as per SDLC standards.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into test plans, test scenarios and test scripts
  • Experience with User Acceptance, System, and Integration Testing.
  • PS Query and SQL skills
  • Defect tracking and reporting experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and prioritize conflicting tasks
