You will own strategy for major enterprise accounts, manage executive relationships, and understand customer autonomy needs. You will coordinate priorities with engineering, lead technical discussions and workshops, and identify product-development opportunities from customer insights.
Responsibilities

- Manage executive and leadership relationships

- Gather requirements through technical discussions and workshops

Requirements
- 3+ years working with external customers to integrate complex systems, troubleshoot issues, or drive resolution
- Knowledge of large-scale software development
- Knowledge of software systems, Linux, and cloud
- Technical communication and customer problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, software engineering, or equivalent
