Application Engineer - Technical Customer Lead

You will own strategy for major enterprise accounts, manage executive relationships, and understand customer autonomy needs. You will coordinate priorities with engineering, lead technical discussions and workshops, and identify product-development opportunities from customer insights.

Responsibilities

• Own account strategy for major enterprise customers
• Manage executive and leadership relationships
• Understand customer development needs and autonomy use cases
• Prioritize customer needs with engineering teams
• Gather requirements through technical discussions and workshops
• Identify product-development opportunities from customer insights

Requirements

• 3+ years working with external customers to integrate complex systems, troubleshoot issues, or drive resolution
• Knowledge of large-scale software development
• Knowledge of software systems, Linux, and cloud
• Technical communication and customer problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, software engineering, or equivalent
