You will lead and grow engineers developing data-quality systems, intelligent labeling workflows, and data-mining infrastructure. You will set technical direction and roadmaps, integrate foundation models into data workflows, scale data-engine architecture, partner across teams, and hire and mentor engineers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an engineering team
- Prioritize data-quality, labeling, and data-mining development
- Lead foundation-model integration for data workflows
- Scale data-engine architecture and labeling capabilities
- Set team goals and roadmap
- Partner with research, autonomy, and infrastructure teams
- Drive hiring, mentoring, and team growth
Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering management experience
- Engineering team leadership
- Data-quality systems, labeling pipelines, or annotation platform experience
- ML infrastructure
- Data-centric AI
- Foundation-model applications for data workflows
- Product development and deployment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
