Engineering Manager Autonomy Data

You will lead and grow engineers developing data-quality systems, intelligent labeling workflows, and data-mining infrastructure. You will set technical direction and roadmaps, integrate foundation models into data workflows, scale data-engine architecture, partner across teams, and hire and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• Engineering team leadership
• Data-quality systems, labeling pipelines, or annotation platform experience
• ML infrastructure
• Data-centric AI
• Foundation-model applications for data workflows
• Product development and deployment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
