Founding GTM Recruiter

You will own full-cycle hiring for GTM, Technical Sales, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and Marketing roles. You will proactively source candidates, build recruiting processes and metrics, design role-specific interview loops, partner on workforce planning and compensation positioning, and deliver a fast, consistent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle searches for GTM roles, from account executives to senior leadership
• Proactively source candidates for technical infrastructure sales roles
• Build recruiting systems, including pipeline metrics, funnel diagnostics, forecasting, and scorecards
• Design role-specific interview loops and assess technical fluency in GTM candidates
• Partner with GTM leadership on headcount planning, leveling, and compensation positioning
• Build diverse candidate pipelines and maintain fair, consistent processes
• Deliver a fast, clear, low-friction candidate experience
• Establish fal as a destination for GTM talent in AI infrastructure

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Track record hiring GTM talent at high-growth technical companies
• Ability to discuss how technical products are sold and screen candidates for technical sales capability
• Experience building recruiting processes and metrics from an early stage
• Proficiency with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-assisted sourcing tools
• Experience hiring across levels from SDRs to VP-level leaders
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Experience hiring solutions engineers, forward-deployed engineers, or developer advocates
• Exposure to partnerships or ecosystem roles
• Experience as the first or second recruiter supporting a function
