Full Stack Software Engineer

You will build and ship end-to-end features across services, data layers, and user-facing interfaces. You will work with geospatial, tabular, and vector data; collaborate with stakeholders on technical tradeoffs; write and review maintainable code; resolve quality and reliability issues; and use AI coding tools in your daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features across the stack
• Work with data pipelines and services that move, transform, and store geospatial, tabular, and vector data
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to scope software and make pragmatic technical tradeoffs
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and review others' code
• Diagnose and resolve performance, reliability, and quality issues
• Contribute to technical decisions about system design, tooling, and process
• Use AI and agentic coding tools and help identify effective team practices

Requirements

• Experience delivering and iterating on full-stack features
• Command of at least one modern server stack and one front-end framework
• Exposure to data-intensive systems, including ETL jobs, message queues, data pipelines, caching layers, or workflow orchestration
• Comfort with cloud-hosted SQL databases and NoSQL data stores
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Interest in climate, clean energy transition, and sustainability
• Hands-on experience with AI or agentic development tools
