Global Benefits Manager

You will own the benefits lifecycle, including strategy, budgeting, employee support, and open enrollment. You will manage benefit plans, brokers, carriers, Workday configuration, global programs, compliance, utilization analysis, and employee benefits communications.

Responsibilities

• Own the full benefits lifecycle
• Lead open enrollment
• Design, evaluate, and optimize the benefits portfolio
• Manage self-funded and fully insured health plans
• Manage broker and carrier relationships
• Lead RFPs, renewals, and contract negotiations
• Administer and improve benefits configuration in Workday
• Build and scale global benefits programs
• Partner on plan funding, compliance, and reporting
• Analyze benefits utilization and benchmark data
• Develop employee benefits communications and education materials

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive benefits experience
• Direct ownership of a benefits function
• Experience independently leading open enrollment
• Expertise across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, 401(k), commuter, EAP, and voluntary benefit plans
• Experience with self-funded and fully insured health plans
• Experience managing broker and carrier relationships
• Workday Benefits configuration experience
• Experience in a high-growth startup and publicly traded company
• Analytical skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
