You will provide end-to-end support for government contracts, from pre-solicitation planning and proposals through negotiation, compliance, and closeout. You will manage contractual relationships, advise on obligations, develop pricing, and build compliance programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide cradle-to-grave government contract support
- Negotiate NDAs and teaming agreements
- Manage subcontractor and supplier contractual relationships
- Manage relationships with contracting officers and teaming-partner representatives
- Provide contractual guidance for business obligations
- Support and lead cost and price build-ups
- Build, implement, and oversee compliance programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of government contracts experience
- Experience developing and implementing pricing strategies
- Experience managing FFP, T&M, CPFF, FAR-based, OTA, subcontract, software-license, and GSA-schedule contracts
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
