Hardware Integration Engineer New Grad 2027

You will design and review schematics and PCB layouts for compute, sensor, and interface hardware. You will bring up and debug boards, execute hardware test plans, integrate with embedded systems, support prototyping and production, and maintain technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and review schematics and PCB layouts for compute, sensor, and interface hardware
• Support hardware bring-up and board-level and component-level debugging
• Develop and execute test plans for hardware functionality, performance, and reliability
• Integrate hardware with embedded systems alongside firmware and software engineers
• Support prototyping, DFM/DFT reviews, and production ramp with vendors and contract manufacturers
• Create hardware documentation including schematics, BOMs, and test reports

Requirements

• BS, BA, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related degree
• Circuit design, digital and analog electronics, and PCB layout fundamentals
• Graduation by December 2026 or Summer 2027
• Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers for hardware debugging and validation
• Ability to interpret schematics, datasheets, and hardware specifications
