IT Operations Engineer

You will build scalable IT infrastructure and implement platforms and services for engineering and operations. You will respond to help-desk requests, provide remote and onsite technical support, and resolve issues involving systems, networks, software, and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable IT infrastructure
• Respond to IT help-desk requests
• Provide phone, email, remote, and onsite technical support
• Escalate complex requests to senior staff
• Resolve computer system, network, software, and hardware issues

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of IT operations experience
• Experience with system administration, server support, project implementation, and desktop support
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Experience with Google Workspace or Active Directory systems
• Experience supporting Linux, Windows, and Mac systems
• Knowledge of VPN, DNS, next-generation firewalls, routers, switches, and access points
• Experience deploying and administering SaaS applications
• Experience creating IT processes and procedures
