You will build scalable IT infrastructure and implement platforms and services for engineering and operations. You will respond to help-desk requests, provide remote and onsite technical support, and resolve issues involving systems, networks, software, and hardware.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable IT infrastructure
Respond to IT help-desk requests
Provide phone, email, remote, and onsite technical support
Escalate complex requests to senior staff
Resolve computer system, network, software, and hardware issues

Requirements

5-7+ years of IT operations experience
Experience with system administration, server support, project implementation, and desktop support
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
Experience with Google Workspace or Active Directory systems
Experience supporting Linux, Windows, and Mac systems
Knowledge of VPN, DNS, next-generation firewalls, routers, switches, and access points
Experience deploying and administering SaaS applications
Experience creating IT processes and procedures
