You will build scalable IT infrastructure and implement platforms and services for engineering and operations. You will respond to help-desk requests, provide remote and onsite technical support, and resolve issues involving systems, networks, software, and hardware.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable IT infrastructure
- Respond to IT help-desk requests
- Provide phone, email, remote, and onsite technical support
- Escalate complex requests to senior staff
- Resolve computer system, network, software, and hardware issues
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of IT operations experience
- Experience with system administration, server support, project implementation, and desktop support
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Experience with Google Workspace or Active Directory systems
- Experience supporting Linux, Windows, and Mac systems
- Knowledge of VPN, DNS, next-generation firewalls, routers, switches, and access points
- Experience deploying and administering SaaS applications
- Experience creating IT processes and procedures
