- Ensure promotional materials follow established review procedures, company policies, and applicable FDA promotional guidance.

- Participate in system testing, issue resolution, and implementation of workflow enhancements.
- Lead or co-lead assigned projects that support departmental goals and operational efficiency.
- Minimum 3–5 years of marketing operations experience.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising environment.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical promotional review processes and cross-functional Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) collaboration.
- General knowledge of FDA regulations related to pharmaceutical advertising and promotion.

- Experience facilitating meetings and coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Experience with promotional review platforms such as Veeva.
- Experience supporting multiple pharmaceutical brands simultaneously.
- Familiarity with regulatory submission workflows and FDA Form 2253.
- Editorial or promotional material editing experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
You'll be comfortable owning the promotional review process from start to finish—not simply scheduling meetings.
