PERM Recruitment Specialist

You will run the recruitment stage of PERM cases from end to end. You will coordinate postings, maintain case records and deadlines, manage applicant intake, assess resumes against job requirements, document outcomes, prepare recruitment reports, and coordinate with counsel, hiring managers, and People Operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate required and additional recruitment postings within required timeframes
• Maintain a case tracker and flag risks early
• Manage applicant intake through the ATS and send acknowledgments
• Review resumes against minimum job requirements and coordinate follow-up interviews
• Record lawful job-related reasons for applicant outcomes and prepare draft recruitment reports
• Maintain complete recruitment files and support audit responses
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for counsel, hiring managers, and People Operations
• Update internal processes when Department of Labor rules change

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in immigration, HR operations, or recruiting coordination
• Working knowledge of PERM recruitment requirements or interest in learning them quickly
• Proficiency with an ATS, spreadsheets or trackers, and an HRIS
• Attention to detail while managing many deadline-driven cases
• Written communication with attorneys, managers, and employees
• Confidential information handling
