Product Manager - Platform

You will own Dana's core platform end to end, including its feature set, user experience, and product and technical tradeoffs. You will define and ship core capabilities, partner on architectural decisions, and work with customers during onboarding and security reviews.
Responsibilities
- Define and ship the platform's core capabilities from specification to customer delivery
- Own product quality and user experience across the platform
- Partner with platform engineering on architectural decisions and multi-tenancy, scale, and reliability tradeoffs
- Work with forward-deployed engineers and design partners to identify customer needs
- Participate in enterprise onboarding and security-review conversations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- 3+ years of product management experience on a cloud or SaaS product shipped to external customers
- Experience owning a platform capability end to end
- Technical fluency to discuss architecture tradeoffs with senior engineers and prototype with AI tools
- Understanding of scale and reliability tradeoffs in multi-tenant products
- Enterprise exposure, including security reviews and IT or administrator requirements
- Product quality and user-experience focus
