Product Security Engineer

You will embed security into the product design and development lifecycle. You will perform architecture reviews and threat modeling, assess vulnerabilities, guide secure coding, support incident response, and automate security testing across development frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze applications and system architectures for security vulnerabilities
• Conduct architecture reviews and threat modeling
• Conduct security assessments and AI-assisted testing
• Improve vulnerability management and drive remediation
• Guide developers on secure coding and security practices
• Support product security incident response
• Automate SAST and DAST tooling in CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of security engineering, application security engineering, or product security engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field
• Knowledge of Python or TypeScript
• Knowledge of Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, security protocols, and encryption methods
• Experience applying AI to security programs
• Knowledge of container security and Kubernetes
• Experience securing workloads across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on-premises environments
• Experience deploying and automating SAST, DAST, and CI/CD security tools
• Experience with cloud security platforms
• Experience securing platform migrations, legacy systems, and microservices
