Outpatient Program Manager

(Associate-Fully Licensed Theraptist)

Location: Charlton BH Closing date: Open until filled

Annual Salary: Commensurate with Qualifications

$1,000 signing bonus at hire; $4,000 retention bonus after completion of one year of employment. Additionally, those employees seeking Master's licensure will be allowed up to $500 reimbursement for the cost of study material and/or application/testing fees.

Job Description: Responsible for managing the Charlton program and its staff. Manages and directs the clinical activities and daily operations of a comprehensive behavioral health program. Oversee the program policies regarding participant involvement, requirements, and staff expectations. Supervise, plan, and evaluate work activities of assigned staff. Aids in implementation of business strategy from analytical review of SPQM data. Ensures all policies, procedures, and workflows are followed on a day-to-day basis. Provides clinical services and crisis assessments along as opportunities to backfill when staff is on leave.

Scheduled Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7 AM – 5:30 PM.

Competencies: Ability to delegate work, supervise and maintain day to day functions of a program. Ability to interpret state and federal rules, regulations, laws & policies to ensure operations uniformity. Ability to establish program goals, strategies, and priorities. Clinical skills (Advanced) Ability to interpret data and reports related to program.

Required Minimum

Qualifications

Master’s degree in behavioral sciences. Fully licensed to provide counseling services in Georgia (LCSW, LPC, etc.) preferred, but associate license accepted (LMSW, LAPC etc.). Must have prior supervisory experience.
