Program Manager People Operations

You will manage and improve the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. You will build scalable documentation and workflows, design employee programs, own HR policy and compliance work, partner across functions, and analyze people operations data for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding
• Build and maintain documentation systems, process workflows, and program frameworks
• Design, implement, and scale employee programs across teams and locations
• Own HR policy development, interpretation, and compliance
• Partner with Legal, Finance, internal applications, and Engineering teams
• Analyze people operations data and metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in people operations, HR generalist, or people program management
• Bachelor's degree in psychology or a relevant field
• Program management experience
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor and employment law, and compliance
• Analytical skills and experience using data for program improvement
• Experience building scalable processes and documentation
