Sales Engineer GPUaaS and AI Infrastructure

You will serve as the technical resource for sales engagements, translating AI training and inference workloads into tailored GPUaaS infrastructure configurations. You will communicate solution value to technical and business stakeholders, validate hardware bills of materials, develop proposals and RFP responses, model cost and ROI comparisons, identify opportunities, and maintain customer, broker, and OEM relationships. You will also track AI infrastructure trends, collaborate through project handoff, and represent the organization at industry events.

Responsibilities

• Articulate the technical advantages and value of GPUaaS solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
• Map customer AI workloads to hardware configurations, including NVIDIA H100/B200 clusters and InfiniBand networking
• Support Account Executives and Strategic Sales leadership during client engagements
• Review and validate hardware BOMs for technical accuracy, compatibility, and client alignment
• Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities with customers, brokers, and suppliers
• Develop tailored value propositions for target companies and OEMs
• Research, model, and present cost-benefit and ROI analyses for GPUaaS deployments
• Lead technical development of proposals, bids, RFI responses, and RFP responses
• Cultivate relationships with engineering leads, technical brokers, and OEM partners
• Monitor market trends, competitors, AI hardware roadmaps, and data-center thermal management
• Collaborate with data center engineering, deployment, and quality teams through project handoff
• Represent the organization at trade shows, technical conferences, and networking events

Requirements

• 5–7 years of technical sales or pre-sales engineering experience in GPUaaS, AI hardware, IaaS, or wholesale data center markets
• Deep understanding of GPUs, storage architectures, high-performance networking, power densities, and thermal management
• Experience reviewing, auditing, and pricing hardware BOMs from OEMs and brokers
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or highly relevant industry experience
• U.S. citizenship
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required
