Senior Manager Talent Operations

You will lead recruiting operations, systems, and process infrastructure. You will manage recruiting coordinators and operations staff, own ATS and scheduling tooling, improve data hygiene and reporting, build documented scalable processes, support compliance readiness, and partner with People Operations on offer letters and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for recruiting systems, including Ashby and ModernLoop
• Manage recruiting coordination performance, scheduling, candidate communications, and interview logistics
• Build and document scalable recruiting operational strategies and repeatable processes
• Own data hygiene across recruiting systems and reporting inputs
• Build processes with future SOX compliance and auditability in mind
• Partner with People Operations on offer letter management and background checks
• Lead, manage, and develop recruiting coordinators, operations specialists, and systems staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of recruiting operations experience with recruiting coordination and systems experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience building operational strategies in fast-paced scaling organizations
• Experience building documented repeatable processes and data hygiene across recruiting systems
• Recruiting program experience
• Experience partnering with People Operations on offer letter management and background checks
