Senior Security Application Engineer

You will lead threat modeling and product-security architecture reviews. You will embed security automation into CI/CD pipelines, build secure AWS infrastructure, and implement encryption and key-management controls. You will oversee bug bounty, incident-response, and penetration-testing initiatives while securing AI-integrated applications and platform infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead threat modeling and product security architecture reviews
• Integrate security automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Architect secure-by-default AWS infrastructure with Terraform and Kubernetes
• Deploy encryption services, key management systems, and data protection controls
• Oversee bug bounty programs, incident response workflows, and penetration testing
• Establish validation protocols and LLM guardrails for AI-integrated applications
• Engineer defenses against sophisticated threats

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience engineering and scaling end-to-end security programs
• Experience securing FinTech, Web3, and digital asset platforms
• Engineering proficiency in distributed systems, microservices, Python, or Java
• Container security, Kubernetes, and AWS hardening expertise
• Knowledge of SOC 2 Type II and GDPR technical controls
• Expertise in AI/ML lifecycles, MLOps, and agentic AI platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field
