Senior Technical Recruiter Defense

You will build recruiting strategies for defense-relevant engineering and technical talent across cleared and non-cleared pools. You will partner with engineering leaders and program managers, automate recruiting workflows, lead interviews, build talent pipelines, analyze hiring funnels, and represent the defense mission to candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies for engineers and technical talent with defense-relevant experience
• Partner with engineering leaders, program managers, and stakeholders on hiring needs, clearance requirements, and workforce strategy
• Leverage AI and agentic coding tools to automate recruiting workflows
• Lead structured interview processes
• Build and maintain pipelines in defense-adjacent talent communities
• Provide data-driven insights on funnel health, pass-through rates, and time-to-fill
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and represent the defense mission

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience hiring high-quality engineering talent
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong candidate sourcing capabilities
• Business partnership and stakeholder-influence skills using data and insights
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
