Social Community Engagement Manager

You will publish content across social channels, maintain content calendars and asset trackers, adapt messaging by platform, and coordinate the content pipeline. You will engage community members, moderate channels, identify trends, use social-listening data, and develop relationships with recurring followers.
Responsibilities
- Publish content across owned social channels
- Maintain social calendars, content queues, and asset trackers
- Adapt approved content for each platform
- Coordinate content production with internal partners
- Respond to community questions and feedback
- Moderate and monitor social-channel engagement
- Identify trends and engagement opportunities
- Track audience composition and engagement patterns
- Monitor competitor and industry activity
Requirements
- 2–4 years of community management or community-facing social experience
- Experience supporting technical, developer, or AI-focused audiences
- Online community engagement and moderation experience
- Social listening or analytics tool experience
- Writing
- Understanding of developer and engineering communities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
