Software Engineer Control Center

You will own and scale control-center subsystems for telemetry ingestion, asset tracking, and mission orchestration. You will build cloud and edge services, data pipelines, and APIs; deploy and harden services across cloud and on-premise environments; and debug live fleet operations with field engineers.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, scale, and maintain control-center subsystems
• Design cloud and edge services for geofencing, proximity alerts, and remote mission execution
• Establish APIs, data protocols, and state synchronization frameworks
• Build data pipelines and APIs for vehicle metrics, logs, and state updates
• Deploy, observe, and harden SaaS services across cloud and on-premise environments
• Debug live fleet operations and improve platform reliability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 4+ years designing, building, and operating production distributed systems using Go, C++, or Python
• Experience with high-throughput streaming architectures, event-driven systems, or time-series data management
• Data modeling, API design, and distributed consensus expertise
• Experience with CI/CD, telemetry, observability, on-call rotations, and root-cause analysis
• Ability to break down ambiguous requirements and make pragmatic trade-offs
• Cross-functional communication experience across cloud software and hardware platforms
