Software Engineer Kafka

You will design and build data platforms for AI research and autonomy development, including systems that handle multimodal sensor data. You will develop data-curation, tagging, and processing systems, transform raw sensor data into training-ready formats, and use distributed data technologies across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and build large-scale data platforms for AI research and autonomy development
• Develop data-curation and tagging platforms
• Build distributed data-processing systems for training-ready sensor data
• Use Spark, Hudi, Trino, Kafka, Flyte, Kubernetes, Python, Golang, and Java

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Backend engineering experience
• Problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
