Software Engineer Planning

You will develop behavior software and planning modules for autonomous navigation. You will use map and perception data to calculate driving costs, deploy and field-test planning modules on production hardware, and collaborate with customer engineers while managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop behavior software and use ML components for highway, city, and offroad driving
• Design and implement planning modules for autonomous navigation
• Use map data and perception outputs to determine planning costs
• Deploy planning modules to production hardware and test them in the field
• Collaborate with customer engineers and manage customer relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience building production software using modern software practices
• Experience developing planning solutions for autonomous vehicles or mobile robots
• Fluency in modern high-performance C++
• Experience shipping code for robotics or autonomous vehicles
