Software Engineer - Telematics

You will develop telematics backend systems for real-time data from connected devices. You will build streaming pipelines, cloud storage and analytics systems, device-to-device communications, APIs, and machine-learning integrations for predictive maintenance, risk assessment, and behavioral analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable telematics backend systems
• Build data processing pipelines for telemetry ingestion, transformation, and analytics
• Develop cloud-based data storage and analytics solutions
• Implement device-to-device communication systems
• Collaborate with data, DevOps, product, and frontend specialists
• Integrate analytics and machine learning for telematics insights

Requirements

• 4+ years of backend software development experience
• Proficiency in Go, C++, or Python
• Experience with cloud-native application development
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, MQTT, NATS, WebRTC, and gRPC
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, data warehouse, and time-series database technologies
• Experience with RESTful services, microservices, API security, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and automated testing
