Technical Program Manager

You will define platform strategy with simulation teams and execute programs that integrate simulation into machine-learning development. You will lead cross-functional work, manage milestones, risks, and dependencies, engage customers, and translate workflows into product opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Simulation teams to define long-term strategy for autonomy tooling platforms
• Drive programs that integrate simulation into the machine-learning development loop
• Lead cross-functional programs to scale simulation workflows
• Track program progress and ensure delivery of milestones, metrics, and deliverables
• Engage customers to identify pain points and product gaps
• Manage dependencies across organizational boundaries

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 3+ years steering technical programs in software engineering or large-scale infrastructure
• Experience leading projects involving autonomous system development, simulation techniques, and data pipelines
• Experience delivering complex technical programs from start to finish
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to research and infrastructure audiences
