Technical Program Manager Offroad

You will manage hardware and software deployment and autonomy-system commissioning at customer mining and construction sites. You will oversee concurrent customer engagements, define sprint goals, maintain delivery documentation, coordinate engineering and business stakeholders, integrate autonomy solutions, and improve sprint workflows using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware and software deployment and autonomy-system commissioning
• Manage concurrent mining autonomy customer engagements
• Define bi-weekly sprint goals
• Maintain deliverable documentation and task traceability
• Coordinate customer, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Integrate and deliver mining autonomy solutions
• Improve sprint workflows using AI tools

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or a related field
• Experience managing multiple complex customer projects
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, and sprint planning
• Technical fluency in engineering discussions and software scoping
• Documentation management skills
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree, or equivalent education and work experience
