UX Validation Lead

You will build and lead an HMI and UX validation practice. You will define validation strategy and quality standards, create automated UI testing infrastructure, integrate validation with CI/CD, lead debugging across UI and system issues, contribute to feature test plans, and mentor test engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive HMI and UX validation strategy
• Establish quality standards for display logic, control flows, and user experience
• Build automated UI testing infrastructure
• Develop test harnesses, simulators, and visual regression frameworks
• Integrate validation infrastructure with CI/CD
• Lead debugging of complex UI and system issues
• Partner on feature test plans
• Mentor test engineers

Requirements

• 7+ years of software validation experience with UI, UX, display, or HMI testing
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience defining validation strategy, methodology, and automation infrastructure
• Experience with automated UI testing and Appium
• Experience with end-to-end test planning from requirements through release sign-off
• Knowledge of Linux, QNX, or Android Automotive
• Understanding of CAN, Ethernet, and HMI systems
