Aldar Education is seeking a Change Manager & Training Lead to support our growing family of schools in the United Arab Emirates. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to to join the highly successful Aldar family of schools and to help shape the future of Abu Dhabi’s leading school group.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end change management and training delivery across Aldar Education’s Digital Transformation portfolio, ensuring successful adoption of new digital platforms, operational processes, and user experiences across schools and HQ functions.

The role will design and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption tracking, and reinforcement activities across multiple concurrent initiatives including LMS rollout, parent platforms, payments, CRM, communications tools, and operational process redesign.

This is a 6-month fixed-term delivery role focused on driving business readiness, adoption, and sustained usage of new systems and ways of working.

Main Duties

  • Lead end-to-end change management across Aldar Education digital initiatives
  • Design and execute change and communications strategies
  • Deliver role-based training across schools and HQ
  • Drive adoption and business readiness for new systems
  • Establish and manage school champion network
  • Develop training materials, guides and digital learning content
  • Track adoption metrics and deliver reinforcement plans
  • Coordinate change activities across multiple programme workstreams
  • Support go-live planning and post-implementation adoption
  • Work closely with product, operations, and school stakeholders

Specific Duties

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conduct stakeholder mapping across HQ and schools
  • Establish school champion network
  • Build engagement plans for impacted audiences
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and readiness
  • Support leadership alignment and communication

Communications Planning & Delivery

  • Create role-based communications strategy
  • Develop multi-wave change communications
  • Produce awareness, education and reinforcement messaging
  • Create FAQs and guidance content
  • Support parent-facing communications for new platforms

Training Design & Delivery

  • Design role-based training programmes
  • Create quick reference guides and user manuals
  • Develop instructional videos and digital content
  • Deliver webinars and in-person training sessions
  • Implement train-the-trainer model where required
  • Build LMS training content and learning pathways

Adoption & Reinforcement

  • Define adoption success metrics per initiative
  • Track usage and engagement
  • Deliver reinforcement campaigns post go-live
  • Support schools during transition periods
  • Provide reporting on adoption progress

Programme Change Coordination

  • Maintain change and training calendar
  • Align rollout with academic cycles
  • Coordinate training logistics across schools
  • Work with product and IT teams on readiness
  • Support go-live planning and hypercare

Content Creation

  • Develop short instructional videos
  • Create platform embedded guidance
  • Produce user walkthrough content
  • Build digital learning resources for staff

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Change Management, or related field
  • Change Management certification preferred (Prosci, APMG, or equivalent)
  • Training / Learning Design certification desirable

Minimum Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in Change Management, Training, or Digital Transformation delivery
  • Experience delivering organisational change across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Experience designing and delivering training programmes
  • Experience supporting system implementations or digital transformation
  • Education sector experience preferred but not essential
