Product Manager
وصف الوظيفة
The Product Manager operates finera.'s merchant-facing payment product portfolio, owning the recurring work that keeps commercial teams informed and product information accurate.
The role runs the payment product launch process from discovery to soft launch, prepares the internal materials and training that support it, and owns the internal product knowledge base in Confluence.
It acts as first line for product questions from the business, coordinates internal product projects, gathers and documents requirements, and supports the tools and dashboards teams use to self-serve. Reporting to the Head of Product, the role works daily with Payments, TechOps, Account Management, Sales, Support and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Run the payment product launch process end to end — from discovery through soft launch and post-launch review — including the internal launch materials and product training
- Own and continuously improve the internal product knowledge base in Confluence and other internal tools, keeping product information accurate, current and verified with the relevant stakeholders
- Act as first line for product questions from Sales and Account Management, resolving routine requests independently and escalating only what requires Head-of-Product judgement
- Triage inbound change requests and product ideas through the change management process in Jira — classify, route, chase missing detail and keep requesters informed of status
- Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders, turning informal requests into structured input for the Product team
- Coordinate internal product projects across Payments, TechOps, IT and Engineering, tracking dependencies, timelines and readiness, and flagging slippage early
- Support the design and rollout of internal tools, dashboards and reporting thatlet commercial teams self-serve on product information, and keep the product pipeline board accurate and reportable
Requirements
- 3+ years in a product management, product owner or product operations role,
- ideally in payments or fintech
- Direct experience in the iGaming sector — at an operator, platform, supplier or payment provider — with a working understanding of how gaming merchants operate: deposit and withdrawal flows, player KYC and payment method preferences by market
- Working understanding of payment flows — PSPs, acquirers, paymen methods, KYC requirements, approval rates and settlement basics
- Demonstrable track record of owning product documentation or a knowledge base, with examples of clear, well-structured written material
- Experience coordinating cross-functional work to schedule across commercial, operational and technical teams
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, or equivalent tools — issue workflows, intake forms, page structure and version discipline
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to explain product detail clearly to non-technical commercial audiences
Required Skills & Competencies
- Documentation and knowledge management — produces clear, accurate, well-structured product documentation and keeps it current without being chased
- Coordination and follow-through — moves multiple parallel workstreams to agreed dates, chases dependencies and closes loops without escalation
- Requirements elicitation — asks the right questions of business stakeholders and converts vague requests into structured, reviewable input
- Payments literacy — reasons confidently about payment methods, geographies, limits, KYC and approval performance, and recognises when a fact must be verified with Payments or TechOps before it is published
- Stakeholder communication — credible with Sales, Account Management, Support, Payments and TechOps, and able to pitch the level of detail to the audience
Nice to have/Preferred:
- Data and reporting fluency — comfortable with BI and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI or similar) and able to build and maintain internal product dashboards
- AI-assisted working — practical use of AI tools for documentation, analysis and process automation, with the judgement to verify output before it is relied on

- Competitive salary package aligned with experience and market standards.
- Medical Insurance starting from day 1.
- Access to training resources and development opportunities that support your professional growth.
- Well-stocked office with snacks, drinks, and refreshments available daily.
- A multinational organisation that promotes a strong, collaborative culture
