Central Lending is a private equity and direct lender seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to provide loans for non-owner occupied real estate investors focused on financing residential (1-10 unit) investment properties. Your primary goal will be to develop relationships with professional investors and structure construction loans, acquisition and rehab loans for "fix and flip" investments, and secondarily DSCR loans which are brokered.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess sales and real estate experience, with a strong interest and capability in converting inbound leads. You should have excellent sales and communication skills, the ability to connect with real estate investors, and assist throughout the loan origination process by establishing trust, demonstrating product expertise, providing responsive communication, and building lasting relationships. Experience in investment mortgage loan originations is preferred, though experience in general sales, lead conversion, and real estate (acquisitions, leasing, wholesaling, etc.) is also valuable.
Loan Program and Support:
- Extremely competitive rates and loan programs
- Industry-leading hard money bridge loans and ground-up construction loans, capable of closing in as little as 3 days
- Fully licensed and lending in over 40 states
- Extensive marketing support and inbound leads through an industry-leading lead generation engine (SEO, social media advertising)
- 10+ inbound qualified leads per week
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Convert prospected and inbound leads into live deals, maintaining relationships throughout the loan origination process
- Ensure a quality borrower experience by answering questions, responding to issues, and converting successful borrowers into long-term financing relationships
- Daily updates and input into CRM, logging all contacts and quoted deals to assist with management decision-making and marketing initiatives
- Develop a robust understanding of Central Lending's loan programs to competently and confidently communicate with potential borrowers and represent the company with professionalism, knowledge, and integrity
Skills Desired/Required:
- Experience in a general Account Executive, sales, or originations role; mortgage lending, real estate leasing, or brokerage experience is a plus
- Ownership or interest in pursuing ownership of real estate investment properties
- CRM software experience (preferred)
- Driven and confident, with a strong desire to succeed and achieve high origination targets
- Positive attitude, accountability, and ability to thrive in a commission-oriented compensation structure

Compensation:
- Base Pay: $50,000 - $150,000 (Base + Commission)
- Aggressive commission schedule with application bonus and other bonus opportunities
- Unlimited earning potential, with leads provided as needed
