Accounting Coordinator's/Clerks

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Accounting Coordinator's/Clerks to work at a facility in Hemet , CA. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $30 / hour

• W2

Shift details:

• Mon-Fri schedule

Qualifications of our candidates:

• Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school, preferably supplemented by coursework in bookkeeping, accounting, or related field, and one year of clerical accounting experience utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
• Experience maintaining accounting or other financial records.
• Drug Screen - processed/completed with negative results
• Background - processed with no history of criminal background

Duties:

• Record daily financial transactions
• Prepare and process invoices
• Match purchase orders with invoices
• Maintain and update financial records
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with payroll preparation
• Reconcile bank statements
• Support month-end and year-end closing
• File and organize financial documents
• Communicate with vendors and clients about payments
