We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Ideal applicants have experience working in an accounting or legal firm and enjoy a fast paced dynamic office. Recent Accounting graduates are encouraged to apply.
This role will work from our City of Industry, CA office Monday-Friday from 9am till 5:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Scan and organize documents
- Assist with general office tasks including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
- Manage clerical work such as drafting engagement letters, client outbox, contacting client
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Skills/requirements
- Associates or Bachelors Degree (Accounting major is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excessive attention to detail and accuracy
- Mandarin (bi-lingual English and Mandarin is a plus)

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
