Job overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Coordinator to join our team. The accounts coordinator will assist the sales team and offer excellent customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with our key customers. As this person grows in the position, there will be opportunities for advancement. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and strong communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Address client needs and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with grocery buyers, distributors, brokers across the U.S.
- Assist in the preparation for annual reviews with buyers
- Provide documents and samples as needed by customers for new items, annual quality and insurance
- Analyze sales performance weekly and identify opportunities for growth
- Participate in sales and marketing efforts to promote company’s products
Skills and qualifications:
- 1-2 years sales support experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven analytical skills
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- Have a go-getter and can-doer attitude
- Enjoy working in a high pace environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office 365, QuickBooks, Prophet CRM)
- A team player with high level of dedication
- University degree
- Experience in sales in the food industry - considered an advantage
