- Daily processing of vendor bills – monitor vendor portals and AP mailbox for invoices and enter into Bill.com.
- Review vendor statements for accuracy and reconcile invoices to statements monthly.
- Maintain vendor list for statement review to ensure all invoices are entered timely for month end processing.
- Code and enter credit card transactions.
- Deposit checks received at the corporate office.
- Collect mail and scan/distribute as necessary.
- Download and save monthly bank, credit card, and patient financing statements.
- Provide AP/banking/cash support for our dental offices as needed.
- Assist the AP & Cash Manager with daily reports, positive pay, entering and posting ACH & wire payments, monitoring chargebacks & credits, addressing AP and vendor issues, and other duties as needed.
- Three years of experience in a multi-office accounts payable environment.?
- Demonstrated ability to grasp job requirements quickly.?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.?
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members in multiple offices as well as external vendors.?
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-volume environment.?
- Strong attention to detail.?
- Ability to work in corporate office three days per week.
