Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The successful candidate will handle a variety of tasks, including managing communications, scheduling, and general office support.
Essential Functions:
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, among other tasks.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and organize office files and records.
Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Support the office team as needed.
