Ripcho Studio, Cleveland’s premier school photography studio, seeks an individual for our Admin Assistant position.
Ideal candidates should demonstrate the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be detail-oriented, organized, have typing and phone skills, and available for full-time work.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Can perform detail-oriented tasks
- Ability to be proficient while working under a deadline
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Exporting and uploading databases for schools
- Proofreading experience a plus
- Contact schools to conduct surveys about their experience during Picture Day
- Willingness and ability to learn new responsibilities as the school year progresses
Eligibility will be determined upon in-person interview. Applicants must demonstrate the requisite skills to perform the required job functions and display an ability to be a positive addition to our organization.
This is a full-time position; applicants must be available 40 hours per week with overtime available during our peak season. Applicants must arrive on time with minimal absences.
Starting pay: $18 per hour with paid training.
