Ramblewood Apartments is looking for a dynamic Leasing Consultant & Administrative Assistant – Tech-Savvy Professional who is a highly organized Leasing Consultant who also brings the skills and mindset of an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in customer service, and brings strong technology skills to streamline leasing and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective residents, responding quickly and professionally to inquiries.
- Schedule and conduct property tours—virtual, self-guided, or in-person.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident and prospect data using property management software.
- Assist in processing applications, leases, renewals, and move-in paperwork.
- Provide administrative support including preparing reports, maintaining filing systems, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Utilize CRM and lead generation platforms to nurture and convert prospects.
- Assist with content and data entry on property websites and digital marketing platforms.
- Support revenue management efforts by updating pricing and availability in relevant systems.
- Process housing voucher paperwork (Mobile Section 8) and rental assistance (RAFT) submissions accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in leasing, administrative roles, or customer service preferred.
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn and use platforms like Onesite, AppFolio, Entrata, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Comfortable navigating online systems, creating spreadsheets, and contributing to digital marketing or social media outreach.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with housing voucher programs and rental assistance initiatives a plus.
