Looking for an Operations Assistant for an eCommerce retailer.
Responsibilities
- Maintain multiple mailboxes to manage marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart etc.
- Assist in developing social media strategy
- Assist supervisors in managing inventory of products
- Assist in managing customer and vendor queries
Skills/Requirements
- Positive attitude and excellent social skills
- Eager to learn and willing to take notes
- Writing and communication skills
- Social networking experience
- Some knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
