Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, launch, and manage paid and organic advertising campaigns across digital and print platforms (Meta, Google, local media, etc.).
- Design marketing collateral for recruitment and service lines, including flyers, social media ads, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with Marketing Teams to tailor ad messaging for specific services (e.g., PAS, Home Health, Hospice).
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; adjust messaging, placement, or spend to optimize results.
- Build and manage advertising calendars based on organizational needs, outreach events, and seasonal trends.
- Maintain branding consistency across all advertising materials and channels.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, or communications (healthcare experience a plus).
- Strong design and copywriting skills.
- Experience with social media ad platforms (Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools for content creation.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
