We’re a one-of-a-kind after-school program serving local youth in a nurturing, fun, hands-on learning environment. Our facility includes a gym, creative arts & crafts studio, LEGO lab, STEM learning stations, and opportunities for community outings that bring learning to life.
What You’ll Do:
- Support students with engaging activities tailored to their individual interests and developmental needs
- Lead or assist in creative projects, science experiments, physical play, and collaborative challenges
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all youth
- Be a mentor, a motivator, and a positive role model
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or teens (or a strong desire to!)
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and flexible attitude
- Reliable and ready to jump in where needed
- Ability to connect with kids from diverse backgrounds and ability levels
