Join the Boys & Girls Clubs of Beaver County as a Site Director and take ownership of an afterschool program designed to inspire and empower youth. What You'll Do:
As a Site Director, you'll independently lead all aspects of an afterschool program. This includes designing engaging daily activities, leading a small team, and collaborating with school and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create & Customize: Plan and oversee fun and engaging programs that support youth in academics, health, and character development—shaped by your insight and site-specific needs.
- Lead & Motivate: Supervise, train, and coach site staff and volunteers. Conduct regular evaluations and promote a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
- Problem-Solve in Real Time: Address challenges in programming, staffing, and student behavior with sound judgment and autonomy.
- Collaborate with Schools: Partner with school leaders to align programming with learning goals and deliver social-emotional learning content as required by grant standards.
- Track & Improve: Use attendance systems and assessment tools to evaluate program success and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:
- Must be 21+ years old
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (career ladder/NAC required within 6 months)
- 1+ years of experience in youth programming, education, or a related field
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of child development, trauma-informed practices, or behavioral management is a plus
