Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus, but not required
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Integrity: Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Licensing: Must possess a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
Responsibilities
- Sales Training: Engage in intensive sales training programs to master insurance product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
- Lead Generation: Learn to identify and cultivate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Client Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of various insurance products.
- Client Follow-Up: Develop skills in following up with prospects to close sales and maintain customer relationships.
- Sales Strategy Development: Participate in strategy sessions to design and implement effective sales tactics tailored to target markets.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance to understand effectiveness and areas for improvement.
