Job Description
As AI Automation Lead, you'll play a key role in our AI transformation by building and scaling automation capabilities across our professional services organization. This role blends hands-on technical work with strategic thinking and stakeholder management to speed up how we onboard, configure, and support our customers. Reporting to SVP Professional Services, you'll own the AI enabled automation workflows for the Professional Services org, build GenAI-powered workflows, and help teams across the company create their own automations. You'll spend significant time building solutions yourself while laying the groundwork for others to do the same.
Technical Execution & Process Transformation:
Map out existing processes with stakeholders, spot automation opportunities, and build GenAI-powered solutions
Build and deploy automation workflow solutions using various AI tools, managing projects from initial scoping through to measuring results
Work with different teams to understand what they need and translate that into technical solutions that make a real difference
Build business cases for automation projects, calculating ROI and presenting recommendations to senior management
Develop prompt engineering approaches that get the most out of GenAI tools
Juggle multiple projects while maintaining quality and hitting deadlines
Enablement & Change Management:
Create and run training programs that get different teams comfortable with automation tools
Build learning paths tailored to different teams' technical skills and business needs
Write guides and create templates that let people build their own automations safely
Run workshops to help teams think about automation opportunities in their work
Get buy-in from teams who might be skeptical about change
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a technology strategy, IT project management, or solutions architect role (experience leading AI or automation projects is highly desirable).
Track record of running complex projects across multiple teams from start to finish
Experience analyzing and improving processes in commercial settings
Strong JavaScript and API integration skills; Python experience helpful
Hands-on experience with AI/ML, including prompt engineering and Large Language Models experimentation
Experience building data-driven solutions and presenting findings to senior leaders
Ability to work with both technical and business teams, bridging the gap between them
Experience with workflow automation platforms and integrating various AI tools into a streamlined solution (e.g. Co-pilot,N8N, Replit, etc)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to break down messy problems
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentations and documentation
